徐胜楠,博士,博士后。主要致力于探索植物源化合物的抗菌应用潜力,研究方向聚焦于现代医学与农业领域。近五年在ACS Infect. Dis,J. Med. Chem,Physiol. Plant等高水平杂志发表研究论文7篇,参编专著1部,参与陕西省重点研发项目一项。

1. 天然产物抗菌机制的探索
致力于揭示天然产物,特别是植物源化合物的抗菌作用机理,从分子与细胞水平阐明其抑菌或杀菌的通路与靶点。
2. 植物源抗菌化合物的发现与开发
专注于从植物资源中发现与鉴定具有抗菌活性的先导化合物,并评估其在医药与农业领域的应用潜力。
